Shylin Sade
A luminous embodiment of theatrical artistry, Shylin is enchanting with her devotion to the sacred craft of storytelling. Shylin has been rigorously trained with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre with a concentration in acting, Has done several workshops with the acting school Stella Adler, and was the recipient of several scholarships including the 2023 Whittenberg arts scholarship to study at the Atlantic Acting School in New York. She is now studying at the acting studio The 4th Wall in Nashville, TN
Shylin is a seasoned actress in both musicals and plays from being Papa Ge in Once on this Island to leading as Julia De Faveili in the world premiere play of Child of the Night. She has also recently made her regional Broadway debut as Ronette in Little Shop of Horrors at Ramsey theatre and has been casted with well-known casting groups such as RWS Global.
Sade has led in many short films, such as Fishy Business, Goodnight, Taking out the Trash, etc. She has also worked in several movies, like BET’s Dance For Me, Hashtag Proposal, and Love Is Brewing.
Shylin is a theatre fanatic who writes her own solo performances, as a playwright she has written several performances including her new workshopped solo performance Wildfire, Wallflower- a black comedy about social norms, sociological and psychological warfare on one who can’t seem to convey the right signals to the outside world.
